Yes, our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. A small batch can range from 12-2000 units at a time, but each product is checked before shipping.

We measure, melt, mix, pour, label, cap, shrink band, pack and ship in house.

When kept in ideal conditions we have had products last for several years. We use harmfree, natural preservatives.

We recommend keeping products in a cool dry place. Under the sink can get hot and wet, which makes any product go bad faster.

When products are in stock we usually get them out day of or next day. After that it is all up to USPS or UPS to get it to you in a timely manner.

USPS usually takes a day or 2 to update their tracking. If it's been over 2 business days, definitely reach out so we can help. We'll confirm that it's been picked up by USPS. USPS can forget to scan tracking numbers, so if your package has been picked up from us then it should still be on it’s way.
